David Erickson
MANAGING PARTNER
David is a business builder, strategic operator, and growth partner with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate transformation, accelerate growth, and create long-term enterprise value. His career spans Big Four consulting, executive leadership roles, and founder-led ventures across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, technology, and real estate.
David leads IMRSV Advisory and works most closely with owners on strategy, growth planning and transaction execution. He lives in Toronto.

MANAGING PARTNER
Denise is a finance executive, strategist, and capital markets leader with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses scale, raise capital, and execute complex transformations. Her career spans Fortune 500 companies, high-growth private enterprises, and founder-led ventures, where she has helped raise billions of dollars in growth capital, consolidated and streamlined critical processes, and prepared companies for institutional investment.
Denise is an operating partner of two IMRSV portfolio companies. She lives in New York.
