David Erickson
MANAGING PARTNER
David has spent two decades operating and investing in founder-led businesses across manufacturing, technology and consumer sectors. Earlier in his career he led operations at two mid-market industrial businesses through periods of significant growth, then joined a Toronto-based private equity firm as an operating partner. He founded IMRSV in 2019 to build the operating-first partnership he wished had existed for the founders he worked with.
David leads IMRSV Advisory and works most closely with owners on strategy, growth planning and transaction execution. He lives in Toronto.
Denise Albero, CFA, CPA
MANAGING PARTNER
Denise brings a career built in capital markets and corporate finance. She has advised public and private companies through complex growth transactions and capital raises across North America, and has worked directly with family offices structuring long-hold investment programs.
She joined IMRSV as Managing Partner in 2025 to lead IMRSV Capital and to open the New York office. Denise is an operating partner of two IMRSV portfolio companies. She lives in New York.
